The Chillz Gel Pad offers a non toxic, pressure-activated cooling solution for your pet. Featuring our patented liquid-based cooling gel formula, this mat offers similar benefits as our premium Cool Pet Pad for less. The Chillz pet cooling mat provides your dog or cat with relief from the heat as well as helping relieve any body aches or pains they may be experiencing. Best of all, the Chillz cooling mat for dogs and cats doesn’t require any electricity or refrigeration to keep your pets cool. It’s ready for use whenever your pet needs it, whether you’ve just come inside after a walk on a hot day or to help your four-legged friend relax for an afternoon nap. With the Chillz cooling pad, your furry friends can stay comfy and cool inside no matter how hot it gets outside.

Directions
The Chillz Gel Mat is activated by your pet’s weight/body heat. It requires very little weight to activate so even the smallest of pets can cool on the XL mat. Just a short period on the Chillz cooling mat will leave your pet feeling calm, cool and refreshed!
Do not leave the Chillz Gel Mat in direct sunlight or high heat,
this will affect the performance of the product.
Your pet's body heat may cause the pad to warm over time.
When warming occurs, remove pet from pad. Place pad in an area where the room
temperature (ambient air) will cool and recharge the cooling pad for 15-20
minutes.

Care Instructions
Use soft cloth. Clean with mild soap and wipe clean with warm water. Allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in a cool, dry location.
Please note: The Chillz mat does not require a woven bag for storing! We only recommend storing the Cool Pet Pad in the woven bag it comes with. If you ordered a Chillz mat, store it flat in a cool, dry place.
Warning
This product is not meant for consumption. While the gel is non-toxic, we always recommend taking your pet to the veterinarian if they ingest any part of the Chillz Gel Mat. In some cases, allergic reaction can occur which can affect the health of your pet. If your pet is prone to chewing, DO NOT leave it unattended with the Chillz Gel Mat.Also, please DO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, HEAT OR HOT AIR. This will affect the performance of the cooling mat. See the description above for ways to get the best use out of your cooling mat.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty Information
We try to make it easy, keeping your pet happy is our goal.
We accept returns in NEW CONDITION only within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept scratched, chewed or products covered in fur. We do not accept returns that are not in original packaging. We advise if you are buying the cooling pad to purchase a cover or use it with a lightweight sheet until you determine if your dog likes the pad.
For unopened and unused products returned in original, sellable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will extend a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). We do not provide return labels and we do not refund original or additional shipping fees when returning defect-free items.
We process refunds within 5 days of receiving the item. We recommend you use a delivery confirmation service.
Final Sale Policy
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that warranties do not apply to Final Sale items.
By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order, as all Final Sale transactions are considered final.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please send us an email if you feel an item is defective upon opening using the contact us form within 30 days. In many cases, defective items do not need to be returned for a refund.
OUR MISTAKE: In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue you a return label. We will re-ship your order at our expense.
EXCHANGES: We are sorry, we don’t do exchanges. Simply reorder the new item and we will refund you for the item you returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are attempting to cancel your order due to a promo code error, please reach out to wags2wigglesdogstore@gmail.com If you still need to cancel your order, please send an email with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" to wags2wigglesdogstore@gmail.comwithin one hour of placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially on holidays or weekends. We will do our best to accommodate you. Refunds/adjustments will process within 5 business days.
WARRANTY: Wags to Wiggles Dog Store warrants to the original consumer, that our products will be free of defects for a period of time (varies based by product) from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s liability hereunder is limited to replacement of the product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering, or other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship.
COOL PET PAD WARRANTY: Wags to Wiggles Dog Store shall not be held liable for any rips or tears that are not reported immediately upon opening the package.
We do not accept returns of products that have been chewed, scratched, or covered in fur. All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Within 30 days of receipt of your Cool Pet Pad, we will accept returns of pads in new condition or replace pads that have rips or tears for 50% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), provided a picture of the damage is submitted. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
TO EXERCISE YOUR WARRANTY: If, during your warranty period, your product malfunctions*, please email wags2wigglesdogstore@gmail.com for return authorization. Authorizations will require that you have the original dated proof of purchase.

Please provide us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please make sure to properly package your returns as we are unable to issue credit for damaged merchandise.
